Clark has an ongoing relationship with the City of Watertown assisting the city with waste water replacement and rehabilitation projects. The city currently has a $400,000 Clark project under construction to replace approximately 3,500 ft of sewer main using traditional open-cut technique. Clark is currently designing a $400,000 rehabilitation project to repair approximately 6,500 ft of sanitary sewer mains utilizing NO-DIG-TECHNOLOGY at considerable cost savings when compared to conventional open-cut techniques. Both of these projects have State Revolving Fund Loans. Clark staff designed and oversaw the rehabilitation of over five miles of existing sewer lines around Lake Kampeska. The $500,000 project included lining of sewer mains from manhole to manhole, partial linings, and point repairs as well as video inspection and cleaning. No-Dig rehabilitation in over $1,000,000 savings as compared to traditional open-cut methods of sewer construction. |
