Improved Appeal & Site Function

Mary, Mother of the Church sought to enhance its visibility, site appeal and to improve access for its visitors. The church needed to make these improvements while adhering to a limited budget. The other requirement was to remain open for all scheduled activities during all phases of construction.

Enhancing Connectivity

Clark’s engineers assessed that the number of existing parking stalls was more than necessary. A portion of the parking stalls was eliminated to allow for landscaping islands and connectivity modifications. Other site enhancements included the addition of entry vestibules, storm water improvements, grading changes as well as enhanced access for traffic flow.

On Budget & Schedule

This $2.4M project was completed on budget and on schedule while working around various needs of the church using a multi-phased approach.
