Abbott Northwestern Center for Outpatient Care, Edina, MN

The Phase I portion of this project is a 2-story medical office facility, however the structure needed to be designed for an additional 6 stories to be added in the future. The building framing is a composite concrete and steel flooring framing system on steel columns and braced frames. The foundation is driven steel piles.
