A new 102,000 s. f. four-story corporate office center located in the Phoenix Park Redevelopment at the confluence of the Eau Claire and Chippewa Rivers in downtown Eau Claire, WI. The building framing is a composite concrete and steel floor system and columns with a precast concrete panel skin. Early foundation and steel packages were required to meet the owners aggressive schedule.
