A Good View
Anchor Bank desired to grow their billion-dollar company by adding a new location to their fleet of Twin Cities banks. Anchor Bank sought a location that was accessible, highly visible and provided a space within the community for positive economic development. A vacant lot in the heart of St. Paul was purchased to meet the unique goals of this client.
Standing Out
Partnering with Mohagen/Hansen Architectural group, Clark’s civil engineers completely redeveloped this site with new underground storm water treatment and storage tank, parking lot, and curb and gutter placement. Clark’s structural staff designed the new bank to meet various demands of the client. A two-story facility was designed with an open floor plan for flexibility, multi-tenant use/mixed use and a large tower feature. This tower feature was designed as a special point of interest to make this site highly visible from Interstate 94.
The Recognition
This facility was completed on time and on budget while meeting all the security criteria and maintaining a friendly customer service-oriented environment. In 2009, Anchor Bank, Snelling received a NAIOP Award of Excellence in the category of “Office Multi-Tenant under 75,000 sq. ft.”
