Clark worked with United Properties to engineer a distinctive office tower in a prestigious location. The project includes a 12-story Class A speculative office tower with a 6-story parking ramp connected by skyway.
Working with architect Edward Farr, Clark's multi-story, post-tensioned concrete structural system supported a design that could be constructed quickly and efficiently. Located adjacent to a regional park filled with wetlands, the tower and 1200-car ramp are constructed on driven pile foundations that Clark adapted for the site.
