Clark Celebrates its 70th Anniversary at the Golden Valley Country Club

Minneapolis, MN - Clark Engineering Corporation recently celebrated its 70th anniversary. On March 27th, clients and friends of Clark gathered at the Golden Valley Country Club to celebrate this special platinum anniversary.

The reception included a presidents hall of fame, with photos of each president from founder Kenneth Clark Sr. to recently nominated, Cory Casperson. The party also featured a 40-foot time line of Clark’s history, blended with current and past world events, musical entertainment, fine-dining, cash prizes and a Jenga competition.

Other friends of Clark joned the celebration as well. Several past employees, wives, friends and clients of Clark showed up to celebrate. A few of the quests were even noted for driving as far as 100 miles away!

One very special highlight of the evening was the official retirement announcement of Larry McMurtry. Larry has worked for Clark for over 40 years and was recently awarded the a Lifetime Membership by ACEC-MN.

Clark Engineering would like to extend a very special thank you to all of our guests who joined us at the party and those that couldn’t make it and sent their best wishes. We would like to thank everyone for making our 70th anniversary a very special event. We also would like to congratulate our two golf winners, Paul Snyder and Steve Doughty and our $700 cash prize winner Scott Beckman!
