Don Weigel is an experienced design and construction engineer and has been involved with several EPA waste water treatment facility projects for smaller communities. These projects involve the preparation of engineering planning documents, preparation of EPA grant application packages for financial assistance for the community, design and construction for new wastewater treatment facilities, design and construction supervision for curb and gutter improvements, and design of alternate concrete and asphalt surfacing.
