Dr. Abi Assadi, PE, Executive Vice President

Abi Assadi is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of structural engineering experience including serving as an expert in legal cases and as an educator at the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. His expertise includes design of industrial and commercial buildings as well as specialty projects such as power plants, blast/explosion resistant structures, plate and shells (vessels, stacks, silos, and tanks), cranes, product development, and many other specialty structures for clients nationwide and abroad. Don Weigel, PE, Principal

Don Weigel is an experienced design and construction engineer and has been involved with several EPA waste water treatment facility projects for smaller communities. These projects involve the preparation of engineering planning documents, preparation of EPA grant application packages for financial assistance for the community, design and construction for new wastewater treatment facilities, design and construction supervision for curb and gutter improvements, and design of alternate concrete and asphalt surfacing. Kevin Goff is an award-winning civil engineer with fifteen years of experience on a broad range of projects. Kevin is also proficient with watershed/floodplain management, agricultural facilities, land development and civil site design. Doug Fell, PE, Associate

Doug Fell is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of structural engineering experience. Doug provides clients with strong communication skills while paying close attention to detail. His analysis and design expertise include steel, concrete, post-tension and pre-stressed concrete, timber, and masonry structures. He has extensive training and experience in structural evaluations and emergency response projects. Vladimir Scheglowski, PE, Associate

Vladimir Scheglowski’s expertise is as a Building Restoration Structural Engineer. He has over 13 years experience in structural design and restoration of existing facilities including schools, office buildings, churches, high rise buildings, parking ramps, industrial facilities and pedestrian bridges. Vlad plays a vital role in business development and expanding opportunities for Clark through his strong communication skills. Hakim Abid is an accomplished engineer with over 20 years of design and management experience with international companies.
